We are unable to accept returns or exchange of earrings for change of mind due to hygiene standards
We do offer a 30 day return policy for manufacturing faults. The earrings will need to returned to Simply Silver Earrings. Upon return and inspection if the item is found to be faulty a replacement will be offered with return shipping costs reimbursed. If a replacement is not avaliable a full refund will be offered with return shipping costs reimbursed.
Prior to returning your earrings, please email simplysilverearrings@gmail.com. I will send a return form for you to fill out and include with your return.
A refund can be refused if damage is deemed to have occurred by reasonable wear and tear or if the product has not been cared for as instructed in care instructions.
The replacement product will only be under warranty for the time period remaining from the original purchase.
All images are the property of Simply Silver Earrings and are not to be used without prior approval from Simply Silver Earrings.
Simply Silver Earrings aims to have your purchase delivered ASAP but is not responsible for delays once the product has been shipped. Orders will be shipped 1-3 business days after purchase, unless notified otherwise.
Shipping costs are $8.00 for standard shipping. Items can be sent by Express Postl at request for $11.50 . Free standard shipping is offered for orders over $50.00 within Australia. International shipping costs are $15.95 per order, with free International standard shipping for orders over $150
